H.E.A.T

 

 Hardcore Extreme Active Training, is a signature class designed and developed by Darrell "IAmTheRealDP" Patterson. H.E.A.T. Xtreme encompasses the principle of non-stop movement for the length of the workout. The class is constructed in a way to keep your heart rate at its optimum cardio and fat burning capacity, in order to maximize results. It is designed so the resting periods consist of, what is referred to as, a "resting exercise". The "resting exercise" allows the body to recover while remaining active. The training period is a combination of cardiovascular, strength, and endurance moves which are effectively combined to achieve a full body workout, while engaging upper and lower body and core simultaneously.
